What will you do?
- Assist candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience
- Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention
- Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables
- Partner with the recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward
More about you
- Working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 18 months’ experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business
- Has a passion for human resources, recruitment preferred
- Sound judgment and exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills required
- Self-motivated
- Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
- Basic Excel experience required
- Flexibility to work in CST and PST time zones along with variety hours during events as needed
