What will you do?
- Supervise Ambassadors for role call and during events, ensuring they are prepared with their position, correct uniform, and any necessary tools and information each shift to deliver exceptional guest service
- Support service recovery efforts and escalations from Ambassadors when required, involveing the Guest Experience Senior Supervisor or Manager on Duty
- Communicate confidently with guests during all TD Garden guests at Bruins & Celtics games, concerts, and other events, delivering excellent customer service
- Build professional rapport with frequent TD Garden guests
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TD Garden and Boston Garden Society offerings, including amenities, food and beverage, activations, and event-specific details
- Collaborate with Ushers, Security, Concessions, Housekeeping, and Building Operations teams to ensure smooth event operations
More about you
- 1 years’ supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- Comfortable engaging with a high volume of guests and clients
- Skills in communication, following instructions, independant working, working under pressure, effectively resolving issues with a guest focussed mindset
Physical requirements
- Availability to work nights and weekends, covering at least 75% of events each calendar month
- Ability to use a radio with an ear-piece
- Ability to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers
- Ablity to push or lift lightweight objects
- Ability to assist guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices
