What will you do?

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, professional customer service while handling inquiries and sharing general event information
• Process payments for bag check services and concert retail and maintain accurate sales records
• Stock merchandise, manage back stock for designated shows, and keep the bag check office clean and organized
• Inspect, tag, store, and return checked bags securely using claim tickets and designated storage areas
• Enforce arena security policies related to bag restrictions and coordinate with security team members on prohibited items or concerns
• Log and distribute lost and found items 

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
