Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47,100 – $61,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Own the execution of House Account partnership activations across in‑arena signage, virtual signage, digital integrations, hospitality, fan engagement, and event-based programs
- Ensure all sponsorship assets and contractual elements are delivered accurately, on time, and to agreed standards
- Proactively manage partnership fulfillment to reduce under-delivery, reactiveness, and make-goods
- Serve as the primary executional partner to Corporate Partnerships Sales, allowing the sales team to focus on revenue generation
- Manage, input, and track all NHL virtual inventory across 80 NHL games
- Upload, approve, and deploy creative through the Supponor system for DED, Slot Virtual Signage, Flank Glass, In-Ice Logos, NESN virtual assets, and NHL league assets
- Identify opportunities to elevate partner activations and enhance sponsor value within existing agreements
- Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of activation delivery and inventory execution
More about you
- Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field required
- Experience managing sponsorship activations, partnerships, or integrated marketing programs; sports or live events preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working across digital, signage, broadcast, and live event environments
- Experience with virtual signage platforms and creative workflows; Supponor experience is a plus
