Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year

What will you do?
- Administration of all restaurant, kitchen, and bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs
- Maintain standards and accountability of staff
- Enusre compliance with all health and safety and santiation standards
More about you
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or catering environment, supervising service personnel
- Experience in effectively leading a team is required
- Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
- No degree required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
