We're seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager for our Banquet & Catering operation, Seven Restaurant, Syn Restaurant, and Rooftop Bar, located within the sophisticated dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott® and Residence Inn in Reston.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and manage a team of enthusiastic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience, from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave.
- Innovate and Improve: Work closely with our chefs and bar staff to continually evolve our menu offerings, keeping them fresh, exciting, and on-trend.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards in both service and food quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate Leader: Someone with a love for hospitality, food, and wine, who can inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in banquets & catering is a must. Experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or bar is preferred.
- Dynamic and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and to bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively.
