What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled front of the house team members
- Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, serving food and drinks, seating guests, and bartending duties when necessary
- Investigate and resolve situations regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Help assign server sections and side jobs for each shift
- Review work procedures and operational initiatives to improve service, performance, or safety
- Assist Restaurant Manager with team member trainings and pre shift meetings
- Help manager and event captain with catering events
- Assist manager with month end inventories
- Monitor daily and hourly cleaning
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record keeping for shift
More about you
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred
- Must adhere to company uniform standards and grooming guidelines
- Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, accept challenges, and embrace new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and employee relation skills
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
- Possible exposure to high volume of noise
