Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Concessions Team Member to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Concessions Team Member, you will accurately provide customer service and sell merchandise and products in an efficient manner.

What will you do?
- Greet guests and provide details on items for sale
- Follow opening & closing procedures, arrange & stock inventory, notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages
- Follow daily cleaning duties per location to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Properly record all transactions via the point of sale system and processes credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of location including sweeping, moping, changing garbage, doing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces
- Other duties assigned by supervisor or management
More about you
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members and receive orders
- No experience or diploma required
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- Able to be exposed to variable temperatures
