As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and for maintaining retail standards, policies, and procedures. What will you do?
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members to deliver exceptional customer service aligning with GuestPath.
- Ensure all team members follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to enhance the overall customer experience
- Address operational concerns and submit work orders as needed
- Prepare nightly operational reports and communicate key business updates
More about you
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Previous experience working with point-of-sale system required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
- Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
