What will you do?
- Order parts and maintain inventory as directed
- Complete basic repair of assigned equipment and follow safety procedures at all times
- Perform lifting, shoveling, cleanup work, snow and ice removal, and painting
- Remodel and repair wooden structures, buildings, and their furnishings
- Operate small power tools, shovels, rakes, and other maintenance tools
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a maintenance or construction environment
Physical requirements
- Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint
- Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs
- Ability to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally
