What will you do?
- Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
- Provide basic administrative support, including coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, purchasing product, processing invoices, and contacting team members
- Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters
- Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices
- Assist in health department preparation and scheduling pieces
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Three years of experience in food service including office administrative experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience including scheduling staff and purchasing product required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Computer knowledge including full working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet, email, and superior keyboard skills.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
- Intermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, database, and e-mail required.
- Superior organization, exceptional communication and leadership skills required.
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to guests and other associates of the company.
- Strong proofreading abilities.
- Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.
