What will you do?
- Supervise warehouse team, including assigning duties, training, and reporting any team member issues to manager
- Ensure proper stock of products and that all items are in their appropriate locations
- Manage inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing outdated material, cycle counting, tracking goods, and coordinating deliveries for events
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
- Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
- Event Focus: Involves direct support for games (Seattle Kraken NHL, Seattle Torrent PWHL and Seattle Storm WNBA, NCAA Basketball, and live events (concerts, WWE, UFC)
- Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
More about you
Previous experience in warehouse, food and beverage, commissary, or related experience required
Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer system required
Customer Service Skills; Contribute proactively to inter-department collaboration, communication, and activities
- No college degree required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong management skills: ability to delegate and coach others
Physical requirements
- Ability to move up to 165 pounds and pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during entire length of shift
