As an Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will design, manage, and evolve sophisticated personal insurance programs, ensuring clients are well-protected while receiving a seamless, white-glove experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Design and oversee comprehensive insurance programs including homeowners, auto, umbrella, excess liability, and valuable articles
- Conduct in-depth coverage reviews and proactively identify gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop and execute renewal and remarketing strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions
- Partner closely with top-tier carrier partners specializing in high-value and specialty risks
- Deliver a concierge-level client experience, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive communication
- Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support client retention, satisfaction, and growtMaintain accurate documentation and data integrity within agency systems
- 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, with a strong focus on high-net-worth or complex accounts
- Deep understanding of coverage structures, risk management strategies, and carrier markets
- Experience managing high-value homes, multi-property portfolios, and layered liability programs
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
- Consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
- Ability to navigate complex client needs with confidence and clarity

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
