CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, expense management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership; managing incoming calls and emails
- Anticipate needs, track deadlines, and proactively manage shifting priorities
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Attend meetings as needed to take notes, track action items, and ensure follow‑up
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Coordinate executive office operations, including supply management, vendor relationships, and facility needs
- Support cross‑functional initiatives by coordinating logistics, timelines, and communications
- Assist with project tracking, status updates, and execution of leadership priorities
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Represent leadership with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail
- 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
