This position is based out of our Franklin, MA office and operates on a hybrid schedule, offering the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with the convenience of remote work.
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 Client Advocates and Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first thinking
- Set clear goals and expectations while conducting meaningful performance conversations that drive individual and team growth
- Support hiring and onboarding to build a team positioned for long-term success
Develop Talent & Build Capability
- Assist with training programs that sharpen coverage knowledge, client communication, and cross-selling skills
- Identify high-potential team members and partner with leadership on career development and succession planning
- Create onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one
Champion the Client Experience
- Model what exceptional, proactive service looks like, and raise the bar for the whole team
- Identify workflow improvements that make service delivery faster, smarter, and more consistent
- Step in on complex accounts when needed to ensure clients always feel supported
What You Bring
- 5 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with a strong preference for Personal Lines
- Active Massachusetts P&C License
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Applied Epic experience is a strong plus
