Escrow Closer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Closer located in Stuart, FL. The Escrow Closer will be responsible for managing real estate closing transactions, preparing and reviewing settlement documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinating with all parties involved in the process. Additional responsibilities may include handling escrow funds, providing customer support, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Closings and handling Escrow
• Experience and licensing as a Notary Public
• Strong background in Real Estate transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to real estate transactions
• Knowledge of Florida real estate regulations is an advantage
