Acropolis Commercial Advisors LLC (the “Company” or “We”) based in Miami, FL, provides real estate advisory, consulting, and brokerage services for single-tenant retail and shopping centers across the country. Our affiliate Praxis Title & Escrow LLC is a newly formed Florida Title Agency which is in the process of obtaining licensure in approximately 25 other states.
Our founders, with years of experience in handling large commercial real estate transactions, saw firsthand how frustrating it was to work with title companies that were slow, unresponsive, and lacking in communication.
Praxis Title & Escrow’s mission is simple: to deliver exceptional service with unmatched responsiveness, integrity, and communication. We focus primarily on commercial real estate – handling multi-property and multi-state closings across asset types such as retail, land, mixed-use, multi-family, and office properties.
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual who share the same passion for high-touch service and fast-paced problem-solving to help lead the industry. This position is for an assistant escrow officer who will primarily be responsible for order processing as well as closing and post-closing tasks.
Who We are Seeking
- Manage and close sophisticated commercial transactions, including land, retail, office, industrial, and multi-property portfolio deals.
- Work closely with attorneys, title agents, escrow officers, and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the escrow process.
- Review and interpret commercial contracts to establish timelines, tasks, and process new orders.
- Prepare and review closing documents, process post-closing documentation.
- Ensure all escrow funds are properly received, safeguarded, reconciled, and disbursed in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accountability for escrow files, records, and retention systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial escrow experience with a focus on processing and/or closing and post-closing responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Qualia
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team – including coordinating between team members at other Company offices.
