Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, concrete mixers, and other machinery to facilitate production processes
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain safety protocols by inspecting equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean and organized
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Follow detailed instructions for manufacturing processes to produce consistent, high-quality concrete block
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing, and forming techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment is a plus
