Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company policies and ensure safety procedures are a priority.
- Prepare and maintain concrete forms for production.
- Clean, oil, and stack forms and blocks as needed.
- Assist with material handling and keep our work environment clean.
- Operate small tools and equipment safely.
- Support team members and maintain a positive attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
