Duties
- Assist in setting up molds and forms for precast concrete elements with precision and care
- Load and unload raw materials, including concrete mixes, reinforcement bars, and form components
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely to support the casting process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support the curing process by monitoring environmental conditions and handling finished products with care
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to promote a secure work environment for yourself and teammates
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete work is preferred but not required — we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail to ensure molds are prepared accurately and finished products meet specifications
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or manufacturing environments
- Reliable teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
