As Studio Manager at Degree Wellness, you’ll run the show—driving performance, nurturing an unbeatable team culture, and delivering five-star experiences to every member. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives on results and leads with positivity.

Degree Wellness is the premier self-care experience, dedicated to helping people to feel, look and be their best selves. You will be the Studio’s first and most critical hire as we build out our Mt. Juliet, TN location. If you are passionate about leading and building an environment that is welcoming to every BODY, with innovative self-care solutions, this is the role for you!

Your Impact:

• Achieve sales goals for memberships and wellness services using real-time dashboards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate your team to lead—build a culture where everyone grows and wins.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued – a premier customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, marketing, and financials.
• Lead by example, inspiring and energizing the team and reinforcing our mission and values in every interaction.

Ideal Experience:

• 3 year of team management in retail, fitness, wellness, or medspa.
• Strong sales record—hits targets, drives KPIs, and celebrates wins.
• Confident with POS/software (Mindbody or similar).
• Flexible for weekends/evenings.
• Relationship-builder with a solutions mindset.
