What You'll Do:
- Captain of the patient experience from their very first phone call to the end of their visit!
- Oversees the schedule ensuring all appointments are filled and confirmed.
- Lead or support front office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient communication
- Foster a warm, welcoming, professional environment that builds trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Help maintain high patient retention and support the growth of the practice

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, CareStack)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
