About the Role
At Degree Heating & Cooling, we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Install Technician who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead install crews, mentor apprentices, and complete high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations. What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, air handlers, and heat pumps
- Work alongside a team on full system replacements and new installs
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Represent Degree with professionalism in customers homes
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) - required
- Residential install experience
- Ability to work efficiently as part of an install crew
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
Pay Range: Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
