- Coach and develop apprentice installers
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues
- Drive job safety, efficiency, and quality control
- Perform system startups and calibrations to manufacturer standards
- Maintain organized truck stock, tools, and complete documentation
- Represent Degree Heating & Cooling professionally with every customer interaction
$40/hour and up depending on experience, plus SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
