What You'll Do
As an Automotive Express Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers' vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.
Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll receive hands-on training while developing the technical skills needed for a successful career in the automotive industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing oil and filter changes
- Rotating and balancing tires
- Completing comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections
- Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
- Replacing air and cabin filters
- Installing wiper blades and other routine maintenance items
- Inspecting brakes, tires, batteries, belts, and hoses for wear
- Accurately documenting inspection results and services performed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards
- Working collaboratively with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the workday
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Previous automotive experience or technical education is helpful but not required
