- The goal of this role is to fast-track the right candidate into a Lead Advisor role within 2-5 years, where they will be directly responsible for onboarding and caring for our clients.

What You Will Do
- Attend prospect and client meetings with your Lead Advisor.
- Take notes during the meeting to document key updates and planning points, ensure that all necessary information and follow up items are captured.
- Draft emails for client communication for the Lead Advisor based on client notes and needs.
- Enter data into Slant CRM to ensure documentation of follow-up items and set tasks for yourself and other team members based on those items.
- Track outstanding client action items and assist with tracking various KPIs for client meetings, client success, etc.
- Work with the Lead Advisor to prepare for meetings and execute on financial planning work between meetings with clients.
- Create a draft of financial plans using Right Capital and recommendations for the Lead Advisor to review and present to the client.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Lead Advisor for client management, training, and career development.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 65
- CFP® certification (required)
- Enrolled Agent (EA) Designation (desired)
Mindset & Skills Requirements
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (particularly Sheets and Docs)
- Excellent customer service instincts with a friendly & patient personality
- Ability to work independently while still delivering results in a timely fashion
- Quick response
- Quality written communication
- Effective problem solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Target Compensation: $100,000 ($84,000 Base Salary Additional Bonus)
- Health insurance is available and will be provided. There is a group Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan.
- There is a company 401K with a 4% match and immediate vesting.
- Our policy for time away from work is unlimited use of days with a “target” amount of time away for each employee.
Salary : $84,000 - $100,000
