We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Associate Private Wealth Advisor (APWA) to join our team. This is a key client-facing role that partners closely with senior advisors to deliver a high-quality, comprehensive financial planning experience.
The APWA supports both clients and advisory team members through onboarding, financial planning, and ongoing service—ensuring seamless execution and proactive communication. This position is ideal for an experienced financial professional who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Partner with senior advisors to understand and implement recommendations from client review meetings
- Lead and manage a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for new clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients between scheduled review meetings
- Develop, review, present, and implement comprehensive financial plans
- Contribute across core planning areas, including cash flow, debt management, retirement, estate review, and insurance
- Coordinate implementation of planning strategies by working with internal planning, operations, and portfolio teams
- Manage an assigned client base and proactively identify evolving financial needs
- Prepare client meeting materials, financial models, investment proposals, and presentations
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and action tracking within CRM systems
- Ensure quality control of client deliverables and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in client meetings in an advisory capacity and contribute to decision-making discussions
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and projects
- 5–10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or investments
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Current Life & Health insurance license (resident state)
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and experience with planning software
- Advanced analytical, technical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and modern productivity tools (including emerging AI technologies)
- Ability to pass FINRA background screening (including criminal, credit, and education checks)
- Authorized to work in the United States
