What You Will Do
- Serve as a core member of a three-person client team alongside the Lead Advisor and Associate Advisor
- Handle inbound client calls, requests, and service needs with professionalism and accuracy
- Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars
- Prepare meeting materials and ensure all documentation is complete before deadlines
- Document meeting action items and manage follow-through to completion
- Execute account administration tasks including transfers, distributions, contributions, account openings, and maintenance requests
- Prepare, review, and submit client paperwork with a zero-error mindset
- Coordinate with custodians and third parties to ensure timely completion of requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and financial planning systems
- Input, verify, and organize financial data and documentation
- Track all client deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding tasks
- Ensure all client communication and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
- Provide proactive status updates to advisors and support overall team efficiency

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $72,000 Additional Bonuses
- Health insurance is available and will be provided. There is a group Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan.
