The role involves supporting a wide range of hardware and software systems, providing both in-person and remote technical assistance, and contributing to day-to-day IT operations.Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Supporting audiovisual setups and virtual meeting technologies (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assisting with asset tracking, documentation, and system maintenance
- Utilizing tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Delivering high-quality customer support with strong communication and follow-through
