Title: Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Change Management
Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite)
Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise modernization initiatives with a focus on process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
This role blends business analysis with program operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management support, serving as a key bridge between business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes (As-Is / To-Be), workflows, and dependencies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and operational optimization
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and training materials
- Develop and maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational work plans
- Create and distribute communications (status updates, briefings, newsletters)
- Coordinate with business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Track KPIs, risks, and progress against program milestones
- Facilitate meetings, gather input from SMEs, and document outcomes
- Support overall program operations and PMO activities as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Experience with business process analysis, documentation, or operations support
- Strong experience in stakeholder communication and engagement
- Exposure to change management or organizational readiness efforts
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with business process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Experience facilitating workshops or sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
- Familiarity with PMO environments, program support, or governance practices
- Exposure to web-based applications or business systems
- Experience supporting communications strategies or training initiatives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
