Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and engage actively with customers.
- Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or customer management software.

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and greet customers as they enter the facility or store.
- Provide clear and helpful information about services, products, or directions within the location.
- Assist in managing customer flow to ensure efficient and organized service delivery.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional greeting area to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service-oriented position
- Minimum of one (1) year cash handling experience
- Demonstrate ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products, such as ABC and GymSales
- Valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment and maintain throughout employment
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
