As a Detail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles to the highest standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in vehicle detailing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and wiping down surfaces.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to restore and maintain a pristine appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report findings to management promptly.
- Operate detailing equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of detailing tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
