Position Summary:

As a Workout Specialist, you will work directly with business merchants to understand their unique financial circumstances and develop solutions that support repayment of commercial accounts on behalf of our clients. This role requires building and maintaining professional relationships while negotiating and resolving outstanding commercial debt.

Key Responsibilities:

· Utilize outbound calls, emailing, and text messaging to collect on commercial debt (B2B.)

· Meet or exceed monthly goals, quality expectations, and account standards.

· Maintain accurate records of communications with merchants and account activity.

· Identify business and contact details of commercial accounts through skip tracing activities.

· Request and review commercial bank statements from merchants in attempt to identify payment processors to submit lien enforcement on as applicable.

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines dealing with debt collection.

Key Competencies:

· Interpersonal and customer service skills

· Professional written and verbal communication

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong computer skills preferred

Requirements:

· 1-2 Years of Collection experience or Cold Calling

· Call Center or Office Administrative experience is preferred

· Ability to work 40 hours per week in office
