Responsibilities:
- Manage and collect outstanding accounts
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues
- Ensuring compliance with effective time management when managing delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in database
- Meet or exceed collection and call targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections.
- Have experience with skip tracing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have an excellent attendance record
- Must have reliable transportation.
