Overview
As a Transportation Debt Collection Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for recovering overdue invoices and unpaid freight charges from businesses and freight brokers while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Contact delinquent debtors, freight brokers, trucking companies, shippers and consignees through phone calls, emails, and written notices to negotiate repayment plans and resolve overdue accounts efficiently.
- Typing and mailing Legal Demands to Freight Brokers, Trucking Companies, Shippers and Consignees.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive communication experiences even in challenging situations.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong telephone, computer and technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must be Self-Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Pay: From $800.00 per week
