Guest Experience & Sales Team Member
Part-time | Weekends | Plymouth

This is a part-time role averaging 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours as available.
What You'll Do:
Be the first and last impression, greet every guest with warmth & professionalism
Build meaningful connections with our guests by understanding their needs and preferences, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable
Create a 5-star experience for every single guest
Upsell services & recommend add-ons to enhance the guest's results
Promote our membership options to help guests incorporate massage therapy into their wellness routines
Ensure every guest pre-books their next visit for consistency & retention
Follow up via calls & texts—build lasting client relationships
Track & exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales goals—be a revenue driver
Encourage 5-star reviews & referrals to grow our guest base
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk & studio space
Foster a motivating, high-energy environment, be the team's biggest cheerleader
