Full-Time | Weekdays & Weekends | St. Louis Park
If you're an amazing massage therapist, we'd love for you to join our team. You'll need the ability to obtain a massage license and should be kind, professional, proactive, and action-oriented. Our goal is to provide an exceptional working environment, a consistently busy schedule, and a place you truly love to work. This is an employee position with a competitive hourly rate based on experience, and we're ideally looking for someone who lives within about 20 minutes of the studio for ease and reliability. We offer health insurance for full-time therapists, PTO, ongoing training, and complimentary monthly massage. - Provide intentional, therapeutic massage tailored to each guest's unique needs
- Be comfortable delivering both relaxing massage and therapeutic deep-tissue work
- Use your professional expertise and guidance to create thoughtful plans of care
- Encourage consistent rebooking and wellness routines so guests maintain long-term results
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with your guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment space
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment
