Position Description:
Responsible for carrying out facility payroll, human resources and benefit operations in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Responsible for duties not limited to employee relations, benefits,
compensation, leave of absence, workers compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, new hire orientation, terminations, and participation in unemployment claims. Promotes employee relations and supports organizational goals.
