• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficienct
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes

Requirements

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is highly advantageous
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work effectively in a team setting
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
