Responsibilities
- Perform precise soldering adhering to IPC standards for quality and reliability.
- Apply epoxy to encapsulate and protect electronic components, ensuring proper curing and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions to accurately assemble electronic modules.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment to prepare components and assemblies for final testing.
- Conduct electrical wiring connections and verify circuit continuity and other electrical testing devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, inspection results, and quality control checks in compliance with manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues related to solder joints, epoxy application, or mechanical assembly, continuously improving process efficiency.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of hand soldering.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings for accurate assembly.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in machining, using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision measurement instruments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with mechanical knowledge necessary for epoxy molding and component placement.
