Automotive Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

Job Summary:

The Dean Team Automotive Group in Ballwin is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be essential in maintaining accurate records, processing vendor payments and collecting and managing incoming receivables.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

• Process invoices and reconcile vendor statements
• Process manufacturers statements
• Process credit card statements
• Prepare and issue payments
• Support 1099 process at year-end

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare daily deposits and reconcile service and parts receipts
• Accurately post customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Generate customer statements
• Follow-up on aged accounts

General

• Maintain accurate and organized records for payables and receivables
• Maintain sublet account
• Purchase office supplies
• Assist with general ledger maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
