Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Sales Executive at Dean & Draper. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating with underwriters, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, located in the Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- 3-15 years proven ability to build a book of business and surpass target goals in middle market insurance sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry and business development is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
