We are looking for an outgoing front office candidate who is ready to take on the challenge of a fast-paced dental office. Looking for someone with a great personality. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel at ease
Gather patient information during the intake process
Manage scheduling, ensuring an efficient and smooth workflow
Verify and process dental insurance claims and provide accurate information to patients
Assist patients with treatment planning and post-appointment check-out
Handle payments, copays, and daily financial reporting
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software
