About Us:
Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a lively restaurant known for great food, a fun sports atmosphere, and excellent guest service. We’re looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our front-of-house team for the morning shift.
Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
