Duties:
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training to promote a productive and safety-conscious workforce
- Manage inventory levels accurately, utilizing tracking systems to ensure proper stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prepare reports for management review
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to shipping, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of products to clients
- Develop, implement, and regularly review warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, investigate incidents, and enforce safety standards to create a secure work environment for all employees
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, and team supervision
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or ERP systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and perform physical tasks as required
