- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and assisting with new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing excellent customer service and support
- Assist with benefits administration, including managing open enrollment periods, updating employee benefits information, and answering benefits-related questions
- Coordinate and schedule employee training, development programs, and performance review sessions to promote professional growth
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and compliance audits
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience supporting HR functions or administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
