Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Appointment Scheduler based in Orange, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for cold calling, coordinating and scheduling appointments, managing customer communication, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate schedules, and ensuring the timely organization of appointments to support the company’s operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and prior experience managing scheduling systems is a plus
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interactions
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of Sales practices and willingness to assist with scheduling sales appointments when necessary
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements, with some time working from the office in Orange, CA
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools is a plus
