Job Summary:
- Provide administration, support, and development for the ServiceNow platform in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across multiple ServiceNow applications.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of FedRamp ServiceNow instances.
- Manage and resolve production support issues, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Configure, provision, install, and maintain ServiceNow platform instances.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements by working with platform and delivery teams.
- Assist with report and dashboard configuration and ongoing maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews and discussions of new developments with team members.
- Administer both production and non-production ServiceNow instances.
- Monitor and manage support cases in collaboration with operations teams.
- Document administrative processes and solutions to issues.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily scrum meetings.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB applications.
- Strong system administration and JavaScript skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance-related issues.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification (must be verifiable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
