Job Summary:
- Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for a large MMIS modernization project with a state government client
- Bring 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3 years in business process modeling/management.
- Leverage 5 years of experience in MMIS, Medicare/Medicaid, or major health care payer domains.
- Utilize knowledge of EPSDT, TPL, or MAR/MER.
- Work within large, multi-contractor environments and lead centralized or matrixed teams (2 years’ experience required).
- Oversee contract monitoring for system development, configuration, and operational activities.
- Review, follow, and help improve processes and procedures supporting multi-vendor programs.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams, both in-person and virtually.
- Review and provide feedback or approval on program, project, and software artifacts from multiple vendors.
- Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Perform standard project functions: documentation, presentations, meeting facilitation, reporting, tracking artifacts/issues/action items.
- Provide business and requirements oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand all phases of project management and software development life cycles.
- Support various software development methodologies and configuration activities.
- Assist with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) reporting and certification processes.
- Maintain project assets, manage communications, and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
