DCI Job Requirement for:

Project Coordinator

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to APG, MD)

Job Description

Serve as a Project Coordinator for a global team

• Work effectively across multiple time zones

Plan and generate:

• Spend plans
• Program/Budget Scheduling and Planning
• Inputs to budget exhibits (P/R Forms)

Generate Documentation:

• In support of Milestone Decisions
• Write impacts and reclama statements
• Contract strategies and plans
• Program Office Estimates

Collaborate with Assistance Product Managers (APMs):

Formulate and justify execution of contracts

• Track milestone decisions, FSAs, and vendor tradeoffs
• Track obligations and disbursements
• Track program objectives, operating schedules and resource requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (Preferred)
• DAWIA Level I in Program or Business Functional Area (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Program Analyst
• Flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to collaborate across different time zones
• Experience tracking program objectives, schedules and resource requirements
• Experience within a DoD or SETA PMO
• Ability to create and execute MIPR/PWDs
• Expert in Microsoft Excel

Required: Active Secret Security Clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Program Analysis or Project Coordination : 2 years (Preferred)
• tracking program objectives, schedules, etc: 2 years (Preferred)
• Excel: 5 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Secret (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
